AEGIS / BY ALLEGIANCE

Nine in the morning.
Everyone arrives at once.

01 / THE DOOR

One camera, watching the way in.

02 / THE MATCH

It knows you before
you reach the handle.

03 / THE RECORD

By the time you sit down,
you are already counted.

WELCOME TO AEGIS

Attendance thatrecognizes you.

Walk through the gate and you are counted. No badge to tap, no code to type, no queue at nine. Every arrival lands on a dashboard you can read in one glance.

SCANNING FACE…
/01 FACE ATTENDANCE / LIVE TODAY

The face is
the badge.

Someone walks up to the gate. Aegis recognizes them in about a second and a half, answers with a short tone, and writes down who arrived, when, and at which door. That is the whole procedure. Nobody stands there hunting through a wallet.

The gate only answers when it is sure. Every match is confidence checked before it counts, and the camera takes a fresh look every 1.5 seconds, so one bad angle never costs somebody their morning. See the same person again inside two minutes and it keeps the first sighting, so nobody is counted twice for standing in the doorway.

RecognitionEvery 1.5 seconds. The gate keeps looking until it is certain.
One personOne check-in. Repeat sightings inside two minutes are ignored.
LatenessArrive past your cutoff and the entry is flagged everywhere at once: day sheet, daily breakdown, weekly chart.
The recordEvery match is logged with time and gate, and any day exports to CSV.
The Aegis dashboard on a working day: 4 check-ins, one flagged late, 60% on-time donut, weekly chart and two live gates

/02 EVENTS / MEETING INTELLIGENCE

The room reads back.

Beta
A meeting room where every participant is tracked as a wireframe skeleton

Events is where Aegis moves past the front door. Point a camera at a meeting room and it draws each person as a moving skeleton, reading posture rather than faces. Who leans in, who drifts off, who talks over whom.

When it ends the room gets a score out of ten. One number for how the hour actually went, weighted by how evenly people took part rather than by whoever spoke loudest.

/03 HOW IT WORKS
01

Enroll a face

A few photos and a minute of someone's time build their face signature. Name, department and code live in the staff directory from that moment on.

02

Walk through the gate

A camera kiosk at the door handles the rest. It recognizes, beeps, and logs. The live gates panel streams every terminal as it happens.

03

Read the room

Today's breakdown, the day sheet, the weekly on-time chart, events and their invitations. The whole company on one screen.
